How a balcony experiment during lockdown grew into a mission to green every home.
Hi, I'm Himanshu Pareek, and my journey into urban gardening began during the challenging times of COVID-19 in 2020. What started as a way to stay connected with nature during lockdown has blossomed into a passion for sustainable living and helping others create their own green spaces.
During the pandemic, I discovered the joy and therapeutic benefits of growing my own vegetables. Starting with just a few pots on my balcony, I gradually expanded to creating full-fledged terrace gardens. This journey taught me valuable lessons about patience, sustainability, and the importance of connecting with nature, even in urban environments.
Today, through Garden Sharden, I'm dedicated to helping others experience the same joy and benefits of urban gardening. Whether you have a small balcony or a spacious terrace, I believe everyone can grow their own food and contribute to a greener, healthier environment.
